This is my first tournament and will be held around the timezone UTC/GMT 6-10 (This is convenient for the admins of the tourney). But regardless of timezone, all players are welcomed to join if they are willing to participate in this server (=w=) . Matches will generally be held on the weekends and Friday nights when most people are free. Information regarding this tourney will be written below. Please do read all of the information before you sign up (UwU).
*INFORMATION REGARDING OFFICIAL PLAYERS AND STAFFS WILL BE INSIDE THE SERVER*
This tournament will be using the following format:
= Single Elimination
= Matches will be 1 v 1
= Score V1 will be used
= Registrations starts around the beginning of March and ends at the end of March (or when 32 players have registrated)
= RO32 are BO5
= RO16 are BO7
= Quarterfinals are BO7
= Semifinals are BO9
= Finals are BO11
= If a player dies during the song, it does not count as a default win. As long as the player is alive at the end of the song, the score will be counted. If the player is dead at the end of the song, it will be counted as a loss.
*RO32 will be held across two weeks
*MATCHES IN THIS TOURNAMENT WILL GENERALLY BE HELD DURING TIMEZONE UTC/GMT +6-10
*MATCHES WILL BE NORMALLY HELD AROUND NOON AND NIGHT
Mappool Details
- Mappool will be released in the #documents in the discord server
- A new mappool will be released for each week
- The first mappool will be released a week before the tourney starts
- Mappool will be released a few days before every week of matches
- The mappool will contain 5 No mods, 3 Hiddens, 3 Hard Rock, 3 Double time, 4 Free mod& 1 Tiebreaker
- Free mod does not include Special Mods, No Fail& Sudden death/Perfect but every other mods are acceptable. Double Time/Nightcore/Half time is allowed if both player agrees to use these mods.
- When a song from the Free mod pool is picked, each player must have at least 1 mod. If not done, it will be counted as a loss for the player.
- When a song from HR, HD, DT is picked, only the selected mod is allowed. No other mods except for the pool mod is allowed for the song
- Rules of the Free mod pool is applied for the Tiebreaker song
*You are more than welcome to discuss the map pool in the server
