Hello its just few days that i bought this huion h420 and for the first 2 days all was working fine, right now im using the old Driver because i can set the X and Y area but since 1-2 days ago my pen stopped working like how it was dead, i tried downloading again that driver.... nothing, i tried to change battery.... nothing, so i was thinking, mhhh probably the pen is not working because i accidently dropped it, so i asked for a refound and i bought a new one, today right now just arrived the new one and guess what?..... still not working (with old drivers) so i downloaded the newest driver and... its work! but i can not set the X and Y area so i really dont know what to do, can you help me guys? thx
