so much UNDERTALE but next to none Cave Story i cri
  1. I see that there are 2 timing points, and one of them is at 00:42:914 , but I didn't see the needs of it (no BPM change and no metronome change). Maybe you can explain it, or delete it instead?

  1. 00:05:965 (1,2,3) - Would be better if you NC on slider 3 (which is downbeat) then un-NC circle 1 (which is not downbeat).

  2. 00:42:281 (1) - Remove NC , nothing significant to set a new combo here.
  3. 00:51:756 (3) - Just stick to 1/4 snapping here. It's easy after all and there's a consistent 1/4 beat to follow.

STANDARD

  1. 00:41:650 (3) - I feel that curving this more would look more appealing. Right now it is nothing better than a linear slider.

CORE

  1. Overall my impression of this map is the spacing you use is arbitrary.
  2. 01:03:124 (1) - From here it feels really weird to read it as compared to 00:42:914 (1) . I know it's insane style map but this kind of spacing usage makes it really awkward to play imo.
  3. 01:02:887 (5,7) - Two beats here which is really significant and feels really weird to not map to it.
  4. 01:41:019 (1) - Why spinner? Breaks the momentum imo.
  5. 01:43:229 (1) - This is snapped wrongly. It should be snapped to 1/6.
  6. Your rhythm style in this diff feels like a normal difficulty to me...

Overall

  1. Nothing much I would say. Rhythm wise and pattern could be further improved , that's all. :D

  3. 00:05:018 (3,1) - Could have used the same rhythm from 00:02:492 (3,4) and then add a circle on 00:06:124 so you won't miss the beat on 00:05:335 .
  4. 00:10:071 (3,4) - Similar to above but doesn't need to add a circle on 00:11:177 .
  5. 00:50:492 (3) - NC cuz you did so on every 2 downbeats.
  6. 00:52:703 (1,2) - Swap NC because the same reason as above.
  7. 01:14:808 - Should be clickable because it's the same sound as 01:15:124 (3,4) . Or you could try making a 1/1 repeat slider starting from 01:14:808 as well. Same applies to 01:54:914 (2,3,4) .

Not alot of problems in this map :)

00:15:124 (3,4) - I don’t see the point of the circle being so far away from the slider
01:03:756 (2,3) – its strange how you instantly change the use of rythmn from one instrument to the other then back. Feels out of place. (in other words, you incorporated the high pitched sound into your map for only two circles and then back into the main instruments. I suggest you continue using this instrument for longer or simply not introduce it)

CORE
00:05:966 (1,2,3) – I don’t think the small triangle jump works well with the song. Perhaps just a normal stream jump.
00:43:861 (4,5,6) – the spacing of circle 5 seems out of place from the other two similar jumps of this section (i.e. 00:42:914 (1,2,3) – and 00:46:387 (3,4,5) -) try and make it seem more similar.
00:47:966 (1) – this would be a good spot to lower the slider velocity to better fit with the music.

I find few to no problems with this map (looking at hard).

Although I noticed something(s) so this is a short mod I guess.

Some parts are way more difficult then others, personally I can't fc this map but I'm not enthusiastic enough to play it again because it has those "lame" parts for me. For someone that can barely make the start of the sing, is the middle part way too hard.
What I'm saying is you should level it IMO by easing into the rapid stuff.

These are the harder parts:
00:41:966 - 00:42:756 (4,5,6) These rapid return sliders fit to the music perfectly but I have not seen them before in the map. The first time you use them and they are very quickly following each other. I suggest putting a hit circle at 00:41:493 so that you easy the player into the new quicker speed

01:01:861 - 01:02:966 (1,2,3,4,5) Feels the same as the first harder part. No suggestions for this one though.



This all could be a fiction of my imagination but I really hope you find this useful. If you do kudosu's are always welcome, if you don't, ignore this.
