I've examined your map, and I'm quite confident to say that your current timing is thoroughly correct already - the reason why it feels quite off at some points is because the song utilizes the drums on 1/12 instead of 1/8... Take a look at these points :

00:28:783 (1) - should land on 00:28:843 (1)
00:31:674 (4) - should land on 00:31:734 (4) -
00:33:120 (7) - should land on 00:33:180 (7) -

...and so on~

Furthermore, I also think that reducing all of the 1/12 beats' volume (the beats mentioned above) to ~30% would do good here as it will emphasize the beat it following, your call though (:

In case you need some reference on mapping on 1/12 or 1/6, this map or [urlhttp://osu.ppy.sh/s/42021]this map[/url] would do good imo as structurally your map reminds me of this map, personally speaking (:

00:28:240 (1) - consider deleting this. I know it's a slow song, but on an easy diff having only one beat to recover seems too fast.
00:34:746 (6) - this slider is going off the screen
00:33:301 (4) - add a NC here to be consistent with other diffs
00:57:156 (5) - ~ this one's a little off-screen at the end too. Not as big a problem, though.
01:30:789 (4) - NC for consistency
01:39:262 (1) - too close to the end of the spinner again for an easy.

Answering the out off screen that you stated above, the slider body is out, but the nodes is prety much fine since it still on the playfield or editor you might say, so probably fine imo

Since it's the easiest diff of the set, I would go for a lower CS like 2.5.
00:05:249 (5) - I recommand you to stop it to 00:06:106 - and add a circle at 00:06:964 - or make a 1/1 slider, because 00:06:964 - is a strong beat and you want to play it, but play it with a slider end kill emphasis here.
00:19:821 (5,1) - I suggest you to invert their position for same reason as above.

You can try to use the combo colors accordingly to the song to improve the gameplay (gray during the intro, normal during the map and bright during the kiai?)

00:31:855 (2,3) - Because it's Easy difficulty I would recommend to start with the slider and then with the circle because it's more comfortable to play IMO.
01:36:436 (1,1) - Those two objects are too close each other. Easy should have more recovery time from spinners to notes (except another spinners). In this case I offer to delete 01:39:259 (1) - that circle and extend the spinner to this moment.

00:14:678 (2,3) - Could you make a better blanket here, please?

01:25:054 (8) - Well, I think you should get rid of this note since it is not stressing any extra instrument like the percussion or another keys and anything related to this.

Timing seems fine. Also recovery break from the spinner to another object in Normal should be OK.
