00:13:340 (4) - I think this would be better off as a 4-repeat slider, gives the guitar more feel that way.
00:27:706 (1) - This is forcing it. There is silence at 00:28:974 (2), so try and not use the reverse slider for this. 00:28:974 (2) as well.
00:44:608 (1,2) - I think the stack is unnecessary. Singer isn't singing at a constant note, there's no rest in music or anything. Space this as usual.
00:51:368 (3,4) - Take the claps off, no drums are around here
01:06:580 (1,2) - Use this progression instead and follow the more prominent vocals:

Habi's Insane

Generally, is there a pattern of how you decide your DS between a slider and a circle that comes 1/4 beat after? For example 00:14:819 (1,2) is 1.45x, 00:15:875 (5,6) is 1.35x, 00:20:946 (7,8) is 1.47x, 00:24:326 (3,4) is 1.41x. I suggest keeping these constant at 1.4x since 1.35x gets the circle too close and looks like a halfhearted overlap. This applies with the gaps of 00:30:030 (5,6,7,8) and 00:32:777 (2,3,4) as well.
00:16:932 (1) - You're missing quite a significant drum beat within this slider... I suggest splitting.
00:16:932 (1,2) - Blanket too.
00:38:481 (9,10) - If this is meant to be parallel to each other, then it's slightly off
00:42:495 (2) - Blanket
00:48:622 (2,4) - ^ (idk if this one was meant tho)

I suggest lengthening slider 5 to equal length as 2,3 and 4, while having the new combo at 01:03:199 which also happens to be the start of a new bar.
01:19:256 (4,5) - I thought you were following the vocals (which would be better in this case since 4 is on a vocal sound). Try:

so that 456 follows the vocals and helps with consistency with 01:20:101 (1,2,3,4) so that the players know what to expect, maybe. Do consider.

the file name for the background picture seems to be too long, making osu unable to open the map. first after removing the BG were I able to open the map in osu

not sure as to if writing no kudosu is even needed

fixed that. in the end I decided to use the old bg because I didn't like the fact that the new one cut some characters on the left and on the right.. maybe I'll find another BG later >.<

the "期間生產限定盤"(or something like that) you're using here means "Limited edition" in Japanese, which is, obviously, not the Song's title.

What's with all these different DS between these 1/4 sliderjumps? You should try to make them more consistent in spacing throughout the map.
For example, 00:15:516 (5,6) - This one overlaps, 00:14:460 (1,2) - this one does not, although they're the same pattern.
Or at 00:23:967 (3,4) -. just use 1.5xDS for all of these 1/4 sliderjumps so that won't happen again.
00:07:066 (5,1) - NC on 5 already.
00:08:756 (7,1) - NC on 7 already.
00:13:192 (3) - At least this (and maybe 00:13:297 (4) - ) note needs some additional HS.

I will only mod the two hardest diffs because i have to many mod requests.

You could change the source to the japanese name (correct me i im wrong i think its this one サイコパス) and add psycho pass 2 to the tags
volume could be rised in the kai time ~10%

00:17:207 (2,3) - feels like here should be a hit 00:17:415 - otherwise it feels odd

00:03:474 (6,1) - 3,48x spacing is too high for a 4,18 stars map - except you expect the players not to move at the (6) slider, which lead to a 2,50x spacing - then: the distance between 00:05:164 (8,1) should also be ~2,50x
00:17:206 (1,2,3,4) - nothing wrong with this but really unpopular (talking about a 4hit stream)
01:06:220 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - also too high spacing in my opinion
01:20:692 (4) - feels wrong, especially the finish sound - maybe you could add a little stream here starting at 01:20:797 - ending at 01:21:326, leading to 01:21:431 (1)

well, this diff was pretty sexy - usually this style gets hard too read but i had no problems reading it. And these aspects are just suggestions, there isnt anything wrong with this map.

I guess i wasn't such a great help, because most of these aspects are very subjective and only suggestions, but I tried my best
