I think you need soft-hitwhistle ---> http://puu.sh/85ML4.wav especially Hard or Harder

Just use Raisa's Insane, harder is very weird.
I think you NC pattern still weird in a few place example on 00:05:750 (4,1) - I think it should be swap NC for follow the vocal and big white tick.
00:08:929 (2) - what about make it curve? It will more flow and looks better for pattern. http://puu.sh/85MpQ.jpg
I think you miss many triple example: 00:10:320 (3) I think the rhythm should be http://puu.sh/85MED.jpg but if you really want to make it easier and comfortable to play you can keep it like this but I still think that you need triple :X or what about make a real Insane diff?
00:13:499 (6) - I think the flow here is weird. should be place about 124|220. the flow will better.
01:03:366 (2,3,4,5,6) - what about copy (5,6) from (2,3) (Ctrl+h) for symmetry pattern. http://puu.sh/85Omd.jpg

00:26:611 (5) - no need to NC imo, to make player notice too that the it still the same rhythm and for FL player as well.
00:49:856 (6,7) - double 1/2 stack on tail is really hard to notice, especially with HD mods.
00:50:552 (3) - I think remove it is fit better.

cause of custom hitcircles you need to include an approachcircle as well to your map
also you need to set a slider border colour (you have to edit the osu file for that, if you need help ask in #modhelp or pm me)
size of your background image should be either 1024x768px (4:3 ratio) or 1366x768px (16:9 ratio)
disable widescreen support in all difficulties, please. you don't have a storyboard, therefore you don't need this enabled

diff looks nice, just some suggestions cause of personal taste -

00:17:273 (1) - I'd prefer if you fix DS here, even if there is a small break from the previous object, still it might be confusing
and you can solve this rather easily if you move it to 96|212
00:51:048 (1,2) - changes from white to red ticks are hard to read, consider extending the first slider til 00:52:042 -

great diff, only suggestion I can make is to increase DS by 0.1.
why? tiny tricky little overlaps, here some examples -

sure, you had to place nearly all of your objects differently, but that should be worth the time. :3
also, sometimes objects overlap badly when playing, cause of stack leniency, eg 00:50:651 (2,3,4) - 3 hides 1/4 of 2, cause it's stacked above 4. imo, it's better to avoid that, but that's of course up to you to decide.
oh, and 01:14:691 (4,1) - and 01:15:883 (3,4) - consider unstacking them? right before these stacks you have some that are 1/2 beat apart, but the two here are a full beat apart, so it might be really confusing and tricky to play.

cause of custom hitcircles you need to include an approachcircle as well to your map approach circle added
also you need to set a slider border colour (you have to edit the osu file for that, if you need help ask in #modhelp or pm me) I'll search how to do this '-'
size of your background image should be either 1024x768px (4:3 ratio) or 1366x768px (16:9 ratio) Fix
disable widescreen support in all difficulties, please. you don't have a storyboard, therefore you don't need this enabled

00:17:273 (1) - I'd prefer if you fix DS here, even if there is a small break from the previous object, still it might be confusing
and you can solve this rather easily if you move it to 96|212 fix
00:51:048 (1,2) - changes from white to red ticks are hard to read, consider extending the first slider til 00:52:042 - ok
01:07:737 (2,3) - similar thing here, you could add a cirlce here - 01:08:730
furthermore, the movement/flow isn't great here - 01:08:929 (3,1) - try to rotate 3 so it faces 1 maybe? I fix it other way
01:16:479 (5,6) - blanket is off by a few pixels, fix pls? c: (just move 6 one or two grids up) fix
01:27:406 (2) - you could improve the movement here a bit, if you reverse this and move it to 356|104

Idk if this is intentional or not.. but imo it doesn't look good and it might be confusing as well.
sure, you had to place nearly all of your objects differently, but that should be worth the time. :3
also, sometimes objects overlap badly when playing, cause of stack leniency, eg 00:50:651 (2,3,4) - 3 hides 1/4 of 2, cause it's stacked above 4. imo, it's better to avoid that, but that's of course up to you to decide.
oh, and 01:14:691 (4,1) - and 01:15:883 (3,4) - consider unstacking them? right before these stacks you have some that are 1/2 beat apart, but the two here are a full beat apart, so it might be really confusing and tricky to play.

In the tags, you forgot the add a space between No and Dap (No Dap).

I modded your bg (as foreshadowed in my previous post)

I found the cleanest version of the bg online that I could find then did my edits based off that. I first upscaled it to a height of 768 (osu's max allowed image height) then smoothed it to lessen the negative effects of upscaling. The image was 4:3, meaning it would have the top and bottom cropped off for players who play at widescreen resolutions. to counter this I added a reflective edge effect on the right and left in order to extend the image to a width of 1366 (bringing the image to 1366x768, osu's max 16:9 bg res). This reflective right and left bit will only be seen by widescreen players as it will be cropped off for people that play at 4:3. Here is the new bg:
