Oh god, this is great! I've never heard this song, but I like it owo Osu! needs more Cindrella Cage arranges.
By the way, what does "Nenneko" mean? I googled it and it gave me some clothes. But then it seems like there's lots of nyaas heard, which would indicate something about cat.

nenneko = "ねんねこ"

the mean is nursery word of sleep
In Japan, it is often used for lullaby~

(it's nothing to do with "cat" :3 )

Since I always see you hard at work modding everyone's map with high quality, I thought I'd be generous and attempt to return the favor! :D

[General]
What is "star2.png?" I don't see it in your SB, and I can't find anywhere in the skin where this was used.

[Normal]

00:03:966 (1) Try disabling grid snap to get this symmetrical across the y-axis.

00:51:638 (1,2) Condense these two notes into one slider? It matches a similar consistency with 00:48:220 (1)

02:22:006 (1,2,3,4) This pattern is a little difficult for the easiest difficulty of the map to present. Since I assume you're following mainly vocals as your guide, why not delete 2 to add simplicity and follow your pattern better?

02:26:743 (1,2,3) Having these notes stacked causes three approach circles to appear over the same spot, without being equalized by an easy press-press-press rhythm that would occur if they were all circles. This pattern becomes complex for a newbie to comprehend because they have to read the press-hold-release-press-hold-release-press-hold pattern instead, which is drastically more complicated than the rest of the entire preceeding map. I suggest that you either unstack these sliders or change them into circles.

02:28:322 Maybe add a note here? It's the final downbeat of the song, and adding a beat here could help in the processs of ammending the difficulty of the previous pattern.

Really solid diff.

[Hard]

00:42:904 (1) Remove NC for readability? The spacing doesn't change. I actually got 100s on this combo the first 2 times I played it. :(

02:23:585 (5,6,7) I found these sliders really fun to play if their SV was gradually increased. I would probably still add a NC on 5 as it is, or if you change the SVs.

02:26:743 (1,2,3,4,5,6) How about something like this?

[Lunatic]
I'm not too big a fan of the occasional crammed patterns with low DS. This is a fairly relaxing song-- a lullaby-- so there don't need to be many jumps of emphasis, and the whole map can stay cool, calm, collected, and consistent.

00:28:402 (1,2,3,4) You should really attempt to keep consistent spacing to make the pattern easier to follow. It's sort of random within each combo right now.

00:32:081 (2,3,4) How about adding some jumps into here to spice up the suspense?

01:09:616 (3,4,5,6) I like how this pattern plays when emphasis is increased as the comboing gets higher. You could decrease/increase the angles of the sliders, increase/decrease SV, increase spacing, etc. to make this pattern more fun.

01:34:805 (2,3,4,5,6,7) By not following the whistles(?) that suddenly appear in the song, the pattern sounds off beat. I'm not too fond of any part of its design so I would trash it and try to come up with something better. You could try something like 01:09:616 (3,4,5,6).

01:48:712 (1,3,4,5,6,7,8) This section is so crammed. It looks pretty bad as a result.

02:04:637 (7,8) Ka go ..? 9 and 10 don't help this pattern. The player assumes a pattern will be followed through until the relevant sound stops being played. You've started a sliderwave pattern that follows the vocals with 7 and 8, but there should be a third slider: 9.

02:12:532 (2) I'm just curious as to why you stopped the wiggle in this slider.

02:14:901 (5,6,7,8) If 5 became a slider that simply took the same shape as this stream, I feel it would play a lot better.

02:28:322 I still think a note should be added here.

If I were you, I would begin the map a little differently.. here's my version
01:17:616 (1) - maybe smth like this?01:23:282 (1) - you can start this slider like on the screen to have better flow and change slider (2) a bit 01:48:712 (1) - maybe ctrl+g for better flow?
02:10:164 (2) - maybe do smth like this? it'll hard for beginners to understand when reverses will end.
02:26:743 (1,2,3,1) - lift thm a bit and do 02:26:743 (1,2,3,1) - more visible

hi~mod for M4M~
I mod your Lunatic frist and give some suggestion. I found you have same in lower diff. If you think my suggestion is good you can check same problem in lower diff. If you think you dont need fix them you can ignore this ;)
[hard]
00:09:504 (3) - make a blanket ?
[lunatic]
  1. this Lunatic is a little easy and miss many rythm. here are some my owm opinion, you can fix them or not.
  2. 00:24:116 (1,2,3) - maybe change these there to a 1/2 slider? and00:25:577 (5,6,7) - these sliders are not good. because the sound at the end of slider is stronger than begining, change them to this maybe better
and with all these change rythm will change to this
I think this is more suitble for the rythm and will have better click feel when player playing.
If you change this , you can make 00:25:285 (4,5) - stack to make here smoothly~
  3. 00:27:233 (5,5) - these two slider make you miss so many rythm. Lunatic is your highest diff. many place is same with this, you can dicide by yourself
  4. 00:29:960 (1,2) - these four rythm is a group but you take them a part
  5. 00:30:739 (1,2) - ^
  6. 00:43:948 add a note
  7. 00:44:802 (5) - why use this? really not good here. a new sound begining on the 00:45:182 but you make it to a slider end this lead to 00:45:562 (1) - also end sound is stronger than beging, maybe change rythm to this
  8. 00:48:220 (1) - also not good at rythm
  9. 00:54:296 (1) - end at 00:54:486 and add a note at 00:54:581
  10. 00:55:056 (4) - ^

  12. 01:30:831 miss a rythm maybe change 01:30:632 (4) - to a reserve slider?
  13. 01:58:248 (2) - end at 01:58:546 and add another slider begin at 01:58:646 end at 01:58:944 maybe better
  14. 02:05:428 (3,4) - change these to a slider and 02:05:822 (5) - to note
  15. 02:22:007 (1,2) - change like this

mod with light blue just is a suggestion or silly mod which made me uncomfortable personally
mod with black is what I strongly suggest to do
mod with red is advise that I think should be changed
meanwhile, I was not a pro modder, so all of above is basing on myself :) Ignore them if you think they are helpless :)

[General]
using too much red lines is meaningless, use green lines plz

[Timing check]

strongly suggest :)

[Hard]
00:37:207 (5) - cut a half

02:21:217 (7,8) - combine into one slider

02:26:743 (1) - using a star like Sanae's cause there are only five characters :)

[Insane]
00:27:233 (5) - using short reverse slider?

00:47:461 (4) - change into one note and a slider with reverse

00:48:790 (2) - divide it into two notes?

00:54:296 (1) - using reverse slider

01:16:816 (1) - combine 1 and 2 into one slider or change them into

01:19:216 (6) - make the slider shorter and insert one note after it

01:55:666 (4,5) - meaningless :)

02:23:979 (2) - add a reverse

hello! from your queue~

~ Mod here ~
[Lunatic]
00:27:136 (4,5) - You may want to reduce the distance between these two notes, and maybe make a better blanket
00:27:916 (4,5) - ^

00:43:663 (1,2) - In my opinion it would be better if they overlapped a little

00:54:581 (2,5) - You can't really see these notes, consider fixing it!

01:23:282 (1,2) - Add a hitcircle on the red tick

02:16:282 (2) - This reverse arrow is quite hard to see, maybe stack it on (3) instead

[Hard]
00:42:904 (4) - NC

01:17:416 (2,3,4) - Pheraps place a 3/4 slider starting on the white tick

Nothing much to say on this difficulty...!

[Normal]
Almost perfect to me, can't find wrong things, except for the last hitcircle which may be difficult to read for beginners!

That's it :)
Good luck!

Hard

02:18:651 (1) - move the end of slider 1 grid below (grid level 4)

Lunatic
01:16:816 (1) - 284, 269

ok, that's all from me. can't really find anything wrong with your map though :P
the intro sounds really familiar, i often listen this intro from anime, what is this?

00:36:448 (2,3,4,5) - shift the starting part of this up a bit so it connects better from (1)

00:45:942 (3,4) - stack better (disable grid snap)

00:47:651 (5) - ctrl + g?
00:47:840 (6) - ^

00:48:220 (1,2) - doesn't really flow well here suggestion would be ctrl + g (1)

00:54:296 (1,2,3) - these aren't spaced out evenly
00:55:056 (4,5,6) - ^

01:17:016 (2,3,4) - this could probably be blanketed better if you're going to use this kind of pattern
01:54:275 (3,4,3) - ^

01:24:871 (5) - ctrl + g this? (just a suggestion)
01:30:036 (2) - ^

01:27:652 (3) - reposition this so it blankets better with (2)

01:41:758 (8) - curving this the other way would make it flow better i think imo, ctrl + hj, if you did that ctrl + g these 01:41:361 (6,7)

02:13:322 (3,4,5,6,1) - how bout a star pattern :D?

[Hard]

00:24:116 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - going to suggest a patter not sure if your going to like but w/e
basically its the first triangles then copy the first three and rotate them by a bit (sry the image doesn't really show this, you can see feint numbers in them)

00:44:423 (3,4) - this caught me off guard a bit, expected it to be in the ctrl + g position

00:51:638 (2) - less curved like (3)?

01:12:016 (3) - slightly better flow with ctrl + g
01:17:416 (2) - ^
01:54:275 (6) - ^

01:46:924 (5,1,2,3,4) - star pattern again :o?

01:57:851 (1,2) - tbh this blanket could be improved slightly picture's not perfect but something like that probably

02:24:374 (3,4) - make this the same distance as 02:23:980 (2,4) (its pretty close but still slightly off)

[Normal]

00:36:828 (2,3) - uhh improve this blanket
01:36:394 (2,3) - this shouldn't matter too much but its slightly off

01:48:712 (1) - flows better with ctrl + g

sry couldn't find much in normal, i think its good

Hey, M4M here :)
[Storyboard]
02:31:522 - It's kind of too abrupt how the BG suddenly disappears here. You could create a more smoother transition on this point, like a Fade out effect?

[Lunatic]
00:03:966 (1) - Add whistle on the head. I feel that it would be more effective if there was something on the first hit object, just to give a more interesting feat.

00:27:233 (5) - Since this is the highest diff in the map set, it may be better if you replaced this slider with actual notes too, so that it will follow the quick piano keys along with 00:26:843 (1,2,3,4) - , to form a stream here.
Or if you're not too fond of making more streams, just turn it into a 1/4 slider with 2 reverses like this:

So that it'll still follow the piano notes consistently. Similar to what you did at 00:29:960 (1) - .

00:28:013 (5) - Same suggestion as above.

00:39:106 (1) - Add a quiet finish hit sound here to match the muffled cymbal crash heard here (that's why I bolded out quiet).
00:45:182 (1) - ^ On the head.
00:51:258 (1) - ^ On the head.

00:54:676 (3) - Could you make this note more quieter please? The finish hit sound is too strong here.
00:55:436 (6) - ^

00:57:388 - Consider adding a note here with a clap, so that it gives a more fulfilling ending to the playtime, before the break sets in.

01:13:616 (5) - NC

01:24:275 (3) - Try to make this slider blanket 01:24:076 (2) - better?

01:23:282 (1) - Add a quiet finish hit sound here on the head, to match the muffled cymbal crash heard here.
01:29:639 (1) - ^
01:31:229 (5) - ^
01:32:818 (1) - ^
01:33:613 (5) - ^
01:34:407 (1) - ^
01:35:599 (1) - ^ On the tail instead. Also, I believe that the NC should be on 01:36:394 (2) - instead of this object, because this object still appears in the same cycle as 01:35:401 (6) - .
01:42:354 (1) - ^
01:41:758 (8) - ^ On the tail instead.
01:55:070 (3) - ^ And should be a NC instead of 01:54:871 (1) - . it's on a new rhythmic cycle, separate from 01:54:871 (1,2) - .
01:58:248 (2) - ^ And should be a NC instead of 01:58:050 (1) - , Same reason as above.
02:06:216 (1) - ^
02:09:374 (1) - ^
02:12:532 (2) - ^ And should be NC instead of 02:12:137 (1) - .
02:18:849 (1) - ^
02:22:007 (1) - ^

[Hard]
00:16:889 (3) - Consider adding a reverse no this slider, and continue mapping? Why finish here, when the vocals haven't finished yet?

00:29:960 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.

00:31:129 (4,5) - These notes don't correspond well with how you've used 00:29:960 (1) - , because that slider was a filler for the piano notes, whereas these sliders are actually following the piano notes. Also, 00:31:324 (5,1) - DS isn't snapped on properly.
Consider replacing these notes with a 1/2 slider here instead, like 00:30:739 (3) - .

00:36:828 (3,4) - Consider placing a 1/2 slider here instead? It's really hard to catch back onto the timing with the hit circles after a mini-slider, so a slider here would be easier.

00:37:207 (4) - Sounds off, mainly because it skips an important guitar strum at 00:37:398. Another reason is because it's tail right now, hits the main down beat at 00:37:587. A stronger note, such as a hit circle can be used better on this spot.
Shrink this slider by 1/2, and add a note at 00:37:587.

00:39:106 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
00:44:803 (5) - ^ On the tail instead.

00:41:575 (3) - Erm, not a big fan on super small mini-sliders, just replace it with 2 hit circles here for a triplet please.

00:45:75 - You've missed another important note here, from the guitar. Try using a 1/2 slider here:

01:13:616 (5,6) - Nazi suggestion (sorry!) please fix the blanket here.

01:29:639 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
01:31:229 (4) - ^
01:32:818 (1) - ^
01:33:613 (2) - ^
01:35:997 (1) - ^
01:42:354 (1) - ^ And should've ended at 01:43:149 or 01:43:348 instead. whether it's following the vocals or beats, the tail sounds pretty late hitting on the "m" at 01:43:546. Imo, it would sound better if this part at 01:43:546 was emphasized by a hit circle instead.

01:45:136 (1) - Add finish on the tail.

01:55:070 (2) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
01:58:248 (2) - ^
02:09:375 (1) - ^
02:12:532 (2) - ^ And should be NC instead of 02:12:137 (1) -
02:22:006 (1) - ^

01:55:864 (3,4) - Please fix the blanket here.

[Normal]
00:18:735 - 00:20:833 Again this part sounds to empty, plus the vocals didn't finish either. What would be interesting is if you made a slider art- like a type of underline for the lyrics in the SB running between 00:18:735 - 00:20:833 something this:

00:39:106 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
00:45:182 (1) - ^
00:51:258 (1) - ^
01:29:639 (1) - ^
01:31:228 (3) - ^
01:32:818 (1) - ^
01:34:407 (3) - ^
01:40:765 (1) - ^
01:55:070 (1) - ^
02:06:217 (1) - ^
02:09:374 (1) - ^
02:12:532 (2) - ^
02:22:006 (1) - ^

Good luck!

Hey, M4M here :)
[Storyboard]
02:31:522 - It's kind of too abrupt how the BG suddenly disappears here. You could create a more smoother transition on this point, like a Fade out effect?
 OK, fix
but in playing, outro's SB is fade out automatically, even if outro's SB suddenly disappears in edit

[Lunatic]
00:03:966 (1) - Add whistle on the head. I feel that it would be more effective if there was something on the first hit object, just to give a more interesting feat.
 no change

00:27:233 (5) - Since this is the highest diff in the map set, it may be better if you replaced this slider with actual notes too, so that it will follow the quick piano keys along with 00:26:843 (1,2,3,4) - , to form a stream here.
Or if you're not too fond of making more streams, just turn it into a 1/4 slider with 2 reverses like this:

So that it'll still follow the piano notes consistently. Similar to what you did at 00:29:960 (1) - .
 good idea~
I make 1/4 slider x2 (not reverse)

00:28:013 (5) - Same suggestion as above. ^

00:55:436 (6) - ^
 no change

00:57:388 - Consider adding a note here with a clap, so that it gives a more fulfilling ending to the playtime, before the break sets in.
 KEEP
for SB, I think no note is better

01:13:616 (5) - NC  OK

01:24:275 (3) - Try to make this slider blanket 01:24:076 (2) - better?
 no change
I intend to blanket with 01:23:282 (1) -

01:23:282 (1) - Add a quiet finish hit sound here on the head, to match the muffled cymbal crash heard here.
01:29:639 (1) - ^
01:31:229 (5) - ^
01:32:818 (1) - ^
01:33:613 (5) - ^
01:34:407 (1) - ^
01:35:599 (1) - ^ On the tail instead. Also, I believe that the NC should be on 01:36:394 (2) - instead of this object, because this object still appears in the same cycle as 01:35:401 (6) - . OK
01:42:354 (1) - ^
01:41:758 (8) - ^ On the tail instead.
01:55:070 (3) - ^ And should be a NC instead of 01:54:871 (1) - . it's on a new rhythmic cycle, separate from 01:54:871 (1,2) - . OK
01:58:248 (2) - ^ And should be a NC instead of 01:58:050 (1) - , Same reason as above. OK
02:06:216 (1) - ^
02:09:374 (1) - ^
02:12:532 (2) - ^ And should be NC instead of 02:12:137 (1) - . OK
02:18:849 (1) - ^
02:22:007 (1) - ^

[Hard]
00:16:889 (3) - Consider adding a reverse no this slider, and continue mapping? Why finish here, when the vocals haven't finished yet?
 you're right, fix!

 KEEP

00:36:828 (3,4) - Consider placing a 1/2 slider here instead? It's really hard to catch back onto the timing with the hit circles after a mini-slider, so a slider here would be easier. fix

 KEEP

00:39:106 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
00:44:803 (5) - ^ On the tail instead.

00:41:575 (3) - Erm, not a big fan on super small mini-sliders, just replace it with 2 hit circles here for a triplet please.
 no change

00:45:75 - You've missed another important note here, from the guitar. Try using a 1/2 slider here:  OK

01:13:616 (5,6) - Nazi suggestion (sorry!) please fix the blanket here. fix

 Let me think...

01:45:136 (1) - Add finish on the tail.

01:55:070 (2) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
01:58:248 (2) - ^
02:09:375 (1) - ^
02:12:532 (2) - ^ And should be NC instead of 02:12:137 (1) - no change
02:22:006 (1) - ^

01:55:864 (3,4) - Please fix the blanket here. fix

[Normal]
00:18:735 - 00:20:833 Again this part sounds to empty, plus the vocals didn't finish either. What would be interesting is if you made a slider art- like a type of underline for the lyrics in the SB running between 00:18:735 - 00:20:833 something this:
 no, sorry
your idea is fine! but slider cannot be snapped because timing point is changed while this part...

00:39:106 (1) - Add a quiet finish hitsound on the head to match the cymbal crash heard here.
00:45:182 (1) - ^
00:51:258 (1) - ^
01:29:639 (1) - ^
01:31:228 (3) - ^
01:32:818 (1) - ^
01:34:407 (3) - ^

[General]

About SB's lycirs:
I think you need to divide this

example: 01:48:513 -
Hitogata no | yadori bi-wa (and etc)
i'll help with sb's lycirs x)

and more effect with it's, okay? :D

[Normal]

00:42:144 (1) - whistle or clap in arrow slider?

00:42:904 (2) - ^

00:54:296 (1) - whistle or clap in begin of the slider?

00:55:056 (2) - ^

01:48:712 (1) - i think need make a slider with arrow in 01:49:109

01:50:301 (2) - too: need make a slider with arrow in 01:50:699

[Hard]

00:05:812 (2) - maybe Ctrl+G?

00:42:334 (2) - whistle or clap?

00:43:094 (2) - ^

Add cricle to 01:38:381 or to 01:38:977

[Lunatic]

00:07:658 (1) - move to x:132 y:212

00:08:581 (2) - move to x:380 y:212
