In a couple of other forums that I frequent, you can hover the cursor over a thread title when browsing the forum listing, and it'll pop up with a little box showing the first couple sentences or so.
That is a fantastic thing and I'm extremely disappointed whenever I hover over threads here and it doesn't happen
