some timing problem of Insane...
please change all of the slider velocity multiplier after 00:35:017 - to 2.0x ( Inherited Points )
and the insane will be great after fixed the problem :)

[General (This only applies to Easy, Normal, and Hard Difficulties)]
-> Your sliders can be improved much better. They are a bit ugly (which is apparently unrankable). For your benefit, please visit this thread for making good sliders --> viewtopic.php?f=56&t=37194

-> Your combo colors (combo color 2) for Easy and Normal are different than on Hard and Insane. It's Unrankable to have different combo colors on different difficuties. It must be the same!

-> Where's the TitleUnicode and ArtistUnicode for your Easy and Normal difficuties?

-> Your tags are useless. Your tags should NEVER be the name of artist, title, source, genre, beatmap creator (you), or difficluty. Also, make sure to remove those tags in ALL of your difficulties and not just in one of them.

-> At 01:26:719, remove this Red timing section! It causing a "blue tick syndrome." In other words, Your mean beats are synced with the Blue ticks intead of the White ticks! Also, it's OFF BEAT! Another unrankable issue to be fixed!

-> The Apporach Rate and the overall Difficulty is a bit too high for an Easy. Reduce them to 3 or lower for Easy.

I'm not sure, but I think you meant that the source is Mortal Kombat 9, not Mortal Combat 9, because the game is written with a K >3<

BPM: 110.00 (MATs/BATs will complain about this if it is 110.01)
Offset 136 (I'm sure the music starts here)
Resnap all notes if you have done this (Timing > Resnap All Notes) also, Recalculate slider length (Timing > Recalculate Slider Length)

Delete this red line 01:26:719 - If you have done this ^

I noticed how you put some speed changes in the diff, remove them all at Easy and Normal, because they would get too difficult

00:36:132 (1,2,3) - The distance spacing isnt correct here, If it was an Insane, it wouldn;t matter, though this is an Easy
00:59:039 (4) - Slider is kinda ugly :c
01:06:948 (2,3) - Fix distance spacing, because the slider ends at the beginning, so 3 should be placed at the begin of the slider o3o
01:09:129 (1) - Spinner is too short (for an easy)
01:27:951 (1,2,3) - Awkward distance spacing
01:28:496 (1) - no new combo
01:30:678 (5) - Remove this circle and make 01:29:587 (4) - Longer
02:00:678 (4) - Im sure this slider should have a reverse
