About 20 to 21 days ago the CTB ranks (that i know of) went super low or high. Any explanation?

for example my rank went from #4000 to #7000 randomly then went back up to #4000. You will recognize it on my profile and everyone else's. It happened about 27 days ago now.

Oh I think it's just a bug ingame. Sometimes my rank ingame is #40 but my rank in profile is is #39 so yeah
