Timing (Offset)
Offset is 17879
You will have to delete the first green line in order to make this work, otherwise, osu! will crash - add an inherit section with the volume you want at 17879, the volume settings of the timing point will be used for the spinner before the offset so that should work.

I was bored and i checked the map
there are my opinions:

00:09:613 - Let the spinner begin from here
00:09:996 (1) - Let the spinner end here
00:44:052 (6) - http://puu.sh/18v6Q ; here, just make a little reversed slider, it would look nice imho

00:44:052 (6) - rotate those 4 short sliders 45, 60 or 90°? It will make it easier to read the map, i wasn't sure what it was until i launched the editor
