I suggest that most of stream appliers should get pass me first
just in my opinion
And yes, I mostly will stream twc this time
Here is what I will do:
1. I will provide EITHER the live and the video after match (on youtube maybe)
2. I MAY provide commentry before the match or the whole week
3. BUT NOT in the middle of competition
4. With 2 years of experience, I can assure most of the time, my stream will not be lagged (on upload side)
Hpoe this twc can run as well as it can

And we should talk ingame later on (especially about life commentaries)
There are some applicants, but we need to sort them out. It was kinda stressful for you to stream the whole TWC alone last year.

Pretty much this. I find it kind of unfair that some countries manage to get players from another country while some other ones cannot even get 3 active players (We are trying hard to find at least 3 active taiko players in France since everyone left for some reasons or don't want to play)

HashishKabob strictly refuses to ask people like plaird. I revoked the status of US to lack of players. The country has enough players. The lack of skill is no real excuse, since plaird can play decent enough for TWC standards (yet maybe not as good as other inactive ones, but this can't be helped.)
Advertising and convincing some players are also job for staffs(usually manager's since we lacks staffs before the tournament actually starts), but including some players who does not have idea to play at all also disrupts process of tournament.
