what can i do when my fingers are too slow and not improving for streams

Problem Details:

i tap tap tap and my fingers dont get faster. When i try to stream they begin to get so heavy and start getting slow :( HELP

Finger speed - play shorter burst streams that slightly uncomfortably fast for you, maybe around 20 bpm higher than what you are used to.

Stamina - play long slow death streams. Death stream compilation maps are a good tool for this.

In general, you won't improve in these aspects unless you are challenging yourself on a regular basis.

This, and anecdotally, 2:1 on stamina training to speed training is a decent ratio for it
