If you remove all the drama Angel Beats was really funny.

the funniest anime i have watched recently is baka to test to shoukanjuu.
i think daily lives of highschool boys and gekkan shoujo nozaki kun are pretty fuuny

Kannagi was good too, along with Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon, Seitokai Yakuindomo, Kotoura-san and Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru

The Daily Lives of High School Boys, every ep of it kept me laughing till my stomach hurts, I'm not even kidding.
