Even tho my watched anime list is not really long, I'd say: Bakemonogatari / Nisemonogatai & Sora no otoshimono / forte! (The only ones I have in mind) & Baka to test that I'm still watching atm

Monogatari series have always been one of the funniest anime series for me to watch. They have such clever humor.
Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, I literally broke a rib thanks to this anime XD

If you remove all the drama Angel Beats was really funny.
As for the pure breed of comedy... Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou on so many levels.
