[Archived] PayPal rejecting osu! supporter

Problem details: PayPal is just not letting me buy supporter. I tried with a different browser, with a different card, and even with Xsolla.

You should do what the error message says and contact your card issuer to figure out what the issue is. Or if you have already done that, contact store@ppy.sh explaining the issue, they should be able to help you out.
