what's a fc?

stupid question. yeah. but actually not so stupid in mania.

i'm a bit of an achievement hunter and this of course includes fc achievements.
i know that you don't need the maximum possible combo to get an actual fc in mania. right? at least i remember getting the 2* fc medal without an actual max combo.
but what are the actual conditions to get a 'fc'??

i've tried so hard and got this after what felt like years https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/13998415/40c3 i was so happy until i realized it didn't count for the medal :'(
how much more does it take? as far as i'm concerned the max combo on this map is probably 918.

at least i didn't realize something like that. but wouldn't be realeasing a ln early the same as not having the maximum combo which then would lead to that being the reason?

edit: i watched the replay. yes, the 50 was on a ln i released too early but it didn't lead to a sb (in the middle of the map)

i am but i really suck at mania so it's not a 'well just fc again then kappa' for me. also not knowing for sure whether that would fix it demotivates me a bit. but i'll try it.
