So since the September 27th CE update I have been unable to manage my collections. I can access the panel for them normally via F3 and "Manage Collections", however once I'm there I cannot add songs, nor edit any collections, however I can create new ones, which are still not able to be edited. Switching to stable fixed the issue for me for now.
