If you watch your #1 local replay, and then play the map with your local scoreboard up, on the left it will not show the #1 local highscore, but instead show the #2 as #1 and so on.

Confirmed, I hate when this happens and I want to beat my own scores \o/
I think this is intentional. That way you can see more clearly the moment the first score beat the other records.
