Countdown to area 51 raid

At the time of posting this, we are the 9th of september, meaning that in 11 days we shall uncover the secret that reside in area 51.

The meme may have died long ago, but our species' imeasurable curiosity and stuborness and stupidity shall take over to lead us into the battlefield of area 51.

What I am wondering is, if this event actually causes casualties or severe injuries, could the guy who started the joke be arrested for incitation to suicide or something like that?
