Problem details: So I've heard about this problem before and I have now too. Basically my top score isn't submitting to global ranks, while another play that has enough of a score does. I'm positive that I am connected to Bancho and the internet but I didn't get any updated scores from the top play. I've restarted osu!, my PC and redownloaded the map but no update to scores. Its been about an hour since the top play was made if that helps, at time of post.
