So Im having issues streaming on osu, and I wanna improve. However, it feels like i cant press my A and S key that fast. Is there any training I can do to increase my cps?

Keep playing and you'll improve speed with time.
There is my advice :
If your max is 140bpm, practice around 130 for accuracy, and practice on 150 for speed gain, when ok with 150, try 155 then 160 etc... (these numbers are examples, find your max speed)
Keep in mind that some people are improving faster and some are slower, don't give up.
Also, train tapping on stuff that you can read and aim properly and don't spam streams maps only, play everythings.

There are some 3* with streams low bpm :

Having the impression that that wasn't what he asked, so I'll answer it instead. Tapping refers to the act of clicking with 1 finger. There is alternating and singletapping, for streams, you always use 2, but alternate players always use 2 even for patterns that you could singletap. When he says train tapping, he means that you should practice your ability of clicking with 1 finger, too. It's not even about speed, being able to stay in rhythm and acc well, being in sync with your aim well are things you'll constantly have to improve on as well.
