It happens if I turn off fullscreen mode in settings or if I try to enter edit with fullscreen on.
From what I read if I install older drivers it will fix. But I just updated my driver because of a similar reason. (Screen flickering on and off if fullscreen mode is on and osu, in general, had under 1 FPS.)
