hmm something like this ? 
i've posted NC/DT mod icon related anyway.. and the changelog said it's already fixed~

Not the lighting glow, but the brightness of the icon itself. At least it's visible under default skin.

When opening up the mod selection, DT and SD are both lit up for no reason. They're not expanded and lit up (like if you had selected one of them), but lit up nonetheless.

Sudden Death lit up automatically because there's a Perfect mod implemented.
and Double Time lit up automatically after Nightcore glow bug fixed.

Right, but it looks strange to just have them lit up like that (especially if they stop glowing after hovering over them).
Another visual cue to show the presence of Nightcore and Perfect would look better imo.
