You should add a small SB for the names. Doesn't have to be anything fancy...but I spoke with Kevin ingame about this already :)

00:24:554 (1) - why is there a break after this note? The only thing this break does is flash the BG and the arrows are showing even BEFORE the break starts. Please remove this break.
02:16:235 (2) - the beatplacement is very misleading especially for the target group of this difficulty. I recommend adding a circle @02:15:983 to match the vocals. You use 1/2 notes later anyway (like 02:29:092 (4,5,1)) so it should be fine. I would even accept the slightly higher spacing to the previous note as the missing note weighs much more than a slightly increased spacing http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/532845

Some parts seemed a bit "overtuned" for an easy diff but I had my beginner-guinea-pig play this map and he did FC it first try...so no concerns here ;)

and it would look not very good if I move the note down a bit because of incomplete overlapping.
I feel the flow for now is not that awkward imo,so I don't want to move the note in order to keep the part pretty.
