I'm really wondering what your posture is like, take a photo, maybe? Also, is this a new thing? Since when do you have this issue? Aching/weakness isn't a good thing if it persists like this, can be an injury that you need to see a doctor for.

do your shoulders go up when you're playing a map? keeping your shoulders up might be giving you that pain
