[General]
What is the purpose of the osb file? If you are not going to use it, you should delete it. Now it makes the BG disappeared.

The diff is neat and clean. But, the song is 210bpm, the map is AR9(a little low for this map) so one of the most important thing is to make the rhythm and spacing easy to read/understand by player, and make up comfortable flow. The mod is mainly based on this.
00:10:684 (1,2) - personally I prefer to change the two notes to a slider. There are two advantage. First, there will be a pattern change at 00:10:684 to fit the section change in music; Second, the 1/2 notes right after a stream will be uncomfortable while playing.
00:16:255 (3,1) - the spacing here is confusing. You can strl+h,j to 00:16:541 (1,2,3,4) to fix this.
00:36:970 - try adding a note at 498,266
00:48:684 (2,3,4) - confused about the flow here, I think you can re-make this pattern.
My two cents:
00:55:827 (3) - How about putting it 512,320 (further from previous slider end)
00:57:970 (4) - the jump before this note is really unexpected. My suggestion about this part: delete 00:58:113 (5) (the pause will be interesting) and stack 00:57:970 (4) on head of 00:58:541 (6)
01:03:684 (4,5,6) - a little confusing spacing. I would like to ctrl+g to 01:04:113 (5).
01:22:779 (3) - wrong snap?
01:45:684 (1,2,3,4,5) - weird spacing and flow.
01:47:255 (1,2,3,4,5) - same as 00:48:684 (2,3,4), but I suggest a similar pattern, not a same pattern.
01:52:684 (3) - better to avoid the overlap like the spacing of 01:50:398 (1,2,3,4,5)
01:53:541 (1,2,3) - ^
02:28:398 - maybe add a note here(stack on 02:28:541 (2))? So the spacing issue here will be fixed.
02:41:541 (1) - like 00:55:827 (3), putting it further from previous slider end is better imo.
02:52:256 (4,5,6,7) - rhythm and placement suggestion:
03:30:827 (4,5) - looks bad because of the stack
[Hard]
Nothing important here.
00:24:113 (1,3) - the sliders seems random. Make them symmetric?
00:40:398 (2) - make the bending similar as 00:42:684 (1)?
00:54:398 (1,2) - you can make a blanket here if you want.
01:05:541 (1,2,3) - if you keep the spacing between the parallel sliders, this part will looks neater.
01:18:970 (4,5) - make the pair sliders symmetric?
01:58:113 (3) - is this jump intentional? It looks unnecessary for me.
02:30:684 (3,4) - make the pair sliders symmetric?
[Normal]
00:48:398 (3,5) - symmetric?
