I need some kind of friction protection for my aiming hand cus it really hurts my under wrist sometime, so I wonder if u know any good products/solutions I could order. Placing a towel under helps but I dont have space for it and its a bit uncomfortable with it.

Press down less. Use your muscles to support weight. Change to a large cloth pad your hand can rest on.
add a pillow or something under your wrist
