It’s just personal preference I would say, White Wolf spins clockwise too. Still, counterclockwise spinning is dominant within players across all tiers.
Fun fact that auto mode used to spin clockwise so consider ppl joined osu long ago would be influenced by it.

Clockwise spinning is so unnatural to me.
It's preference, some people like spinning clockwise and others like spinning counter clock wise, there is really no disadvantage or advantage to doing either one.
