2v2, Score v2, Teams of 3-4.
Rank Range 500-35000 BWS, Team Average 1000-15000 BWS.
Team Average taken off top 2 BWS Ranks in team.
Cutoff at 32 teams, based off Team Average. (If we reach 48/64 teams, cutoff will increase.)
Highest roll gets first ban first pick. 2nd ban can be used to undo a ban.
Double Elimination.
Badged (hopefully), recently unrestricted players will be screened.
EZ, FL, old and gimmick centered.

Welcome to the 5th iteration of Will’s Specialty Tournament! This tournament aims to test players on a variety of niche skills and mods, with emphasis on the Flashlight and Easy mods, old maps, and gimmicky maps.

Rank Range (using BWS: rank^(0.9937^(badges^2)):

Players: 500-35,000
Team Average: 1,000-15,000

All players and the team average must be in this range at the end of registrations to participate.
Restricted players may not be able to participate. Suspicious players may be inspected and reported if needed. Teams cheating will be disqualified. osu! Staff may screen players before starting. Avoid adding suspicious players to your team if possible.

Matches will be played as 2v2.
Teams should have 3-4 players. (4 is recommended.)
Scorev2 will be used for all maps.
32 teams will play group stages. (Can increase to 48/64)
After group stages is double elimination.
GS and RO16 will be BO9.
Quarter and Semi Finals will be BO11.
Finals, Grand Finals, and Bracket Reset will be BO13.
Bracket Reset will occur if winning team loses Grand Finals.
FreeMod maps require 2 mods minimum per team, any selectable mod is allowed.
Tiebreaker is optional FreeMod for everyone.
Failed scores count. FAILED SCORES COUNT!!!!!
If the whole team fails a map it is a loss for that team.
As per badge rules, all staff except for streamers, commentators and graphic designers may not play in the tournament.

Grand Finals: 26th-27th October

Schedules will be based off of the average time zone of teams.
Captains may choose to skip their warmups and warmups have to be under 4:00 in length (not drain).
Each team is allowed 1 ban until Quarter Finals. From there onwards both teams are allowed to have 2 bans each. Captains will do a !roll, with the team who rolled the highest choosing the first ban, the lower rolling team will ban next.
From Quarter Finals onward, your 2nd ban can be replaced with an unban, where you can undo the 1st ban of the enemy team. This is optional.
After bans, the team rolling highest will select the first map to be played.
You may pick the same mod multiple times in a row.
When banning and selecting maps, every team has two minutes (120 seconds) to choose a map.
After a map has been picked, teams have 90 seconds to ready up.
Teams are not allowed to ban the same mod pool twice. However, teams can ban out a mod pool from the match. This means you cannot re-ban a map which is unbanned as you would be banning the same mod pool.
FreeMod maps require 2 mods minimum per team, meaning one player can tank with HDHR, EZHD and so on. Any selectable mod is allowed.
In addition to this, the Easy mod has a different multiplier per map, examples are 1.8x and 2.2x.
If teams reach a tied match point, the tiebreaker map will be played. The winner of the tiebreaker wins the match and moves on.
After 1 loss in brackets, you will be moved to the losers bracket. If you lose again in the losers bracket, you are eliminated from the tournament. If you win the losers bracket, you will go against the winning team of the normal bracket for another chance of victory. If the loser team wins, you will play the team again, the result of that match is final.

In addition to the normal mod pools everyone know and love, Easy, Flashlight and Combo Mod (CM) are also added.
So what is Combo Mod? It is essentially a pool where the maps are played with preselected mods, from two to four mods on each map. Examples include DTFL and EZHDHT.
Because of the amounts of different mod pools, the standard mappool format has changed. The new format for each round are as follows:
