How much PP for 5 digit

At the moment it is roughly 2.9k PP.
High 4*/Low 5* is fine. Preferably, high acc, (for a S rank play)as having an acc of 93%-95% and a better one of 97-99% acc have quite a large amount of PP difference when you FC.

yeah, ~2.922pp so if you need some time then it'll probably be at least 3.000.
to get 3.000pp you will need to have at least 130pp plays. source: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16wujzMpRNqY3n9wL3ygqkbfT4Dk6PDs5SwxVhSTuHHA/edit#gid=1910030841 (yes, finally i can use my useless calculator!!). but you'd need like over 100 130pp plays + 416 bonus pp (so around 10.000 unique difficulties passed) to get that so you should rather think along the lines of 150-160 or something
long story short: you won't make it with 4* only AND bad acc. except if you fc marathon maps. so try to either get to medium 5* + bad acc or high 4* + good acc.
