- This is a 1v1, osu!Catch the Beat Relax International Tournament.
- There is no rank cutoff, but only the first 128 signups are accepted.
- This tournament will be played in Scorev1, but accuracy is the main determining factor in a win or loss. The final scores of players on a map will be their accuracy minus 0.50% per miss.
- This tournament will have a double-elimination group stage, followed by a double-elimination bracket.
- Mappools will consist of Nomod, Jump, Hardrock, and Doubletime maps. Jump maps may not be played with a mod.
- All match times are in UTC.
- No staff members are allowed to play except for streamers, commentators, and graphic designers.
- Inappropriate behavior, misconducts, and/or cheating may result in disqualification and blacklist in future iterations. Be nice and play fair!

Format Information
- This tournament uses a double elimination bracket. If the player from the lower bracket wins the Grand Finals, there will be a bracket reset.
- Play-ins mappools will be 4NM/2JP/2HR/2DT. Players will receive one ban each, and each match is Best of 7.
- Round of 32/16 mappools will be 5NM/2JP/2HR/2DT. Players will receive 1 ban each, and each match is Best of 9.
- Quarterfinals/Semifinals mappools will be 5NM/3JP/3HR/3DT. Players will receive 2 bans each, and each match is Best of 11.
- Finals/Grand Finals mappools will be 6NM/3JP/3HR/3DT. Players will receive 2 bans each, and each match is Best of 13.
- The match lobby will be created by the referee, and the players will be invited to the lobby 5-10 minutes before the match.
- Players have a 10 minute grace period to show up. If 10 minutes pass and a player is not present, the other player will receive a win by default.
- Once both players have joined the lobby, both players will be asked to roll. The winner of each roll will pick the first warmup, first ban, and second pick.
- Warmup maps will be allowed for the tournament, though players may choose not to pick a warmup. Warmups may not exceed 4:00 length.
- Each player will receive only 1 ban, except for quarterfinals onwards, in which players will receive two bans.
- Players have 60 seconds to ban each map, and 120 seconds to pick maps. If they do not pick/ban within the times provided, the ban/pick will pass on to the other player.
- Scores will be based on accuracy, with each miss deducting the player’s accuracy by 0.50%. If players accuracies are the same, the winner will be determined by whoever has the higher combo.
- You can’t fail in Relax, so all failed scores will count!
- In the event of a tie (both accuracy and combo are the same), a map may be replayed up to three times. If a map is replayed three times and a winner is still not declared, the map will be considered a draw.
- In case of a disconnection, common sense will be applied: if proof exists of the disconnected player’s score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be their final score: if it is at all ambiguous, the other player will get the point. If the disconnection occurred in the first few seconds, the map will be replayed.
