But isn't that in the middle of a measure? I mean if you start 4/4 there you wont have the snares on the 2nd and 4th beats anymore, which clearly indicates the measures.

As well, the same line is repeated in the same manner, so it should technically still be 6/4. If anything, a connecting 2/4 will fill in the gap in the middle, but I don't think music has 4/4 sections starting in the middle of a measure. However, there are cases where two beats can be borrowed, so that would warrant the 2/4 section. Can you please check again to make sure?

My main reasoning is that I can hear two 4/4 measures from 00:53:769 - (the second one will be at 00:55:358 - where the two kicks are heard). A clear cymbal crash is heard at 00:53:769 - , but it doesn't stay in 6/4 (into music theory: triple time has a strong-weak-weak beat placement. It wouldn't make sense to represent the weak beat with the two kicks you hear at 00:55:358 - ). Try counting 4/4 from 00:55:358 - . With the way you have it now, you mean to say that 00:56:153 - is the beginning of a new measure when it is actually the last two beats of the previous measure. You are correct, however, that 00:56:947 - is 4/4, but so are the 8 beats before this.

One reason why you may not have seen this may be due to the fact that you've already mapped it and decided that the combos are fine where they are. But take Insane, for example.
  1. 00:53:769 (4) - is the next chord in the progression, so the new combo should be there instead of 00:52:975 (1) - .
  2. 00:54:564 (1) - Should not have a Finish, then;
  3. 00:55:359 (3) - Should be new combo here instead of 00:54:564 (1) - . Finally,
  4. 00:56:948 (5) - Should be new combo here instead of 00:56:153 (1) - .
Hopefully this will help you understand the rhythm a bit more. Though it doesn't impact standard (much), the single bar of 6/4 is relevant in Taiko since you see the bar lines as you play. I haven't looked into the Taiko maps yet, but if these different time signatures change the way of mapping, it'll have to be fixed, too (for the music theory reason stated above).

On another note: Muzukashii diff is too difficult for what it's named.

You can prevent those little tiny overlaping edges of notes this way, and it keeps the map moving at a decent pace. Or you could just make the slider velocity change to a more noticable slow down. Or you can ignore me.
00:48:206 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - Scale this combo somewhat so that the first triangle doesn't look like it's just normal spacing? I scaled by 1.2 and I seem to read it better now without it really being all that more difficult, or out of order with the rest of the combo's around it.

I tried working out all the spacing issues, managed to solve most of them save the first one. Its kinda intended that I want to start off the verse with a slightly smaller spacing.

01:08:075 (1) - K here instead of a D. the next D is following the drums and there are no cymbals in that part. and this note is where the drums and cymbals are at.
01:25:160 (1) - i'm not feeling this K in this part. i find it unfitting in this part because it doesn't show any emphasis in this part but the drums. i think if you can make this a k instead, it'll flow smoother in this part and it'd look less distracting IMO.
