I'm not sure why you created a new thread considering this one seems to be the exact same as your old thread which is only 1 day old.
If this is caused by the same thing as before, I'm not 100% sure what sort of answer you are looking for. We can't prevent your PC from resetting or removing your files.
I would not say osu! is uninstalling itself, because your computer deleting osu!'s files would be your computer uninstalling osu!.
