I just had the craziest section ever. Everyone except me died (not felt unconscious, actually died) and I was at 1 HP. There is a lower than 4% chance that all 6 D20s got a lower than 13 and holy shit I actually got lucky. After that, I killed all of the enemies and revive my friends, all of them. We were literally screaming on top of our lungs lmao

I have finished my first euphonium practice session. It went very well and I really enjoyed it. I practiced the song dango daikazoku using a piano sheet music that I hoped would work for euphonium and thankfully it did. I still can't play it any well but I am certainly much more comfortable at playing the instrument. The hardest part really is to breathe during the song. Most of the time I would start off with a decent sound but after a few measure I would run out of breath and my sound would become attrocious.

I just found out about a technique called circular breathing. It's bascially a way to blow and breath at the same time. I already have a hard time normally blowing right though so I'll have to wait until I get better before I try it.

just tried drawing in grayscale then coloring it afterwards... its been a while since i used that method, and i just realized how the colors are sacrificed just for better details...

slept for a while. had another interesting dream about being in school.

it's intriguing how most school scenes are at my old office-building type of middle school.

but damn, that dream was weird.

at some point, i had a scene of a very angry 6th grade teacher, who seems to be modeled after my old 7th grade English teacher, a somewhat lanky man that i ended up having some problems with. he wasn't exactly the nicest person sometimes. i think that scene came from a bit of my aversion towards his aggressive outbursts.

it started during a class of sorts, as i brought my laptop to show him somethin' i made, but apparently i did something and somehow i ended up being scolded and sent to the edge of the room, near the door. i was kept after-class as i tried to gather my stuff, i had quite a lot of shit and much of it was unrecognizable.

it seemed that some kid might've angered the teacher as well and as the students were walking out of the hall, the man just ran out and said something like "i've got the right to control your 6th grader lives!" or something insane like that. i retorted with a cheeky question and that didn't go too well.

in the same room, i ended up talking with some woman i don't recognize, but she seemed to be a teacher as well, or something. as i left, that angry man tripped and fell onto... something? i asked if he was alright, and he just ultimately replied in some kinda passive-aggressive manner. i left right after that.

and a couple minutes afterwards, there's that one scene right after i managed to rescue my phone back from some girl i feel i've seen before that tried to steal it, and it turned into a full-blown three-way free-for-all fight including another guy out of low-level martial arts and reflexes.

we just kinda kept trading blows, and i was pretty decent at blocking and redirecting shots into someone else or at least somewhere else.

it's so dumb, but also somewhat amusing. i enjoyed it.
