02:05:680 - I love it how you set the SV change a bit earlier to save the readability of the 1/4 here. Just a few people do that. Great!

The Normal still has a couple oddities with the combo progression such as at 00:55:790 (1) - . You might want to give a closer look.
Also the transitions from 1x to .75x felt odd at parts. It might be that it feels a bit too much, and when you resume 1x speed, it doesn't transition smoothly.

02:53:812 (5) - Ending with a finish sounds wrong. Just leave it as a normal-hitnormal

This is a big jump in difficulty from the Hard to the Insane. The Hard is really tame in comparison...

I find this plays a lot better with AR8 until you get to the chorus. AR9 is too fast for your really slow velocity during the verses, and your patterns are way too cluttered and overlappy during the chorus. This would be better balanced if you either made the general velocity higher in the verses or expanded your use of the field in the chorus for which AR you end up with.
00:45:241 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Please don't do new combo spam like this. Look through your map and get rid of stuff like this.
01:26:450 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,1,2,3,4) - This is... really kind of boring. You don't really go anywhere, and the spacing is different with each jump. It's pretty much random and doesn't feel that great while playing. Try expanding your use of the play field and expand your patterns.
01:49:527 (1,2) - Ugh, I'm getting tired of these wrong-rhythm extended sliders. They play poorly and don't even follow the music.
03:06:917 (4,5,6,7,8) - I really don't like the streams into the chorus much, and this part illustrates the worst of it: the band starts, and stops, but you keep going with your stream and it sounds and plays out of place with what's going on with the music.
This map is really unbalanced right now. It's much much harder than the Hard, and the pacing is really weird with your current difficulty settings. You should look at this with the set and map balance in mind and see what you can do to adjust.

00:45:571 (1) - , 00:45:900 (1) - and 00:46:560 (1) - , remove these NCs, and add a NC at 00:46:889 (3) - and they would make sense with your placement. and also, you may wanna add a circle at 00:46:807 - as a transition between the different phrases, actually there is a drum beat at the point in the music, you may try the pic below

00:58:428 (2) - missing clap on head
01:12:439 (3,4) - this sudden small spaciing is quite unintuitive, as you've just used a drop-off jump from 2 to 3, and the distance between 3 and 4 differs too much from that jump, you may try move both 3 and 4 to (136,264) and move 5 to (252,320), like the pic below, I think this would read better

01:15:076 (4,5,6,7,8) - it's quite weird to use small spacing at this point as the song is just about to head into the chorus, and you ignored the tripple drum which I think is very important, plz add a circle both at 01:15:323 - and 01:15:653 - to form two trip
ple and use normal spacing like 1.5x between 01:15:076 (4,5) - and between 01:15:406 (6,7) - , instead of being so cluttered like current

01:15:900 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - there's actually no drum beats for this part, I'd suggest that you use only four 1/2 beats with small distance in between for transition, 01:15:900 (1) - with normal sound and 01:16:065 (2,3,4) - with only soft, and that would match with the song itself nicely

01:40:955 (3) - you missed many claps for this verse part, like for this note, and for 01:42:274 - and so ono, try to listen to the music carefully to catch where the snare drum lies
and also I would say it's better to use a larger general distance like 1.5x for the part from 01:40:296 - to 01:50:845 - . that would make your arrangement less crowded like current. and I think this is the reason why Garven thinks AR9 is too fast for this diff
02:00:406 (6) - this doesn't apply a nice flow, you may rotate it by 45° and move it to (288,136) to form a blanket with the following streams, and this would form a nice oval flow
02:01:395 (1) - you need a finish for this downbeat, it's the ending beat of a part of the music

some streams are still a bit overmapped like 01:00:076 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - , but I think they decorate the music well so I think they should be fine to exist

i think you can recheck your diffs to fix the nazi things such as blanket and stack to make the map clean,especially insane diff,btw my net was off when i mod this map so i couldnt use puush,so pm me if you have questions =P
