[resolved] Top plays showing up as 0 pp

I recently made 2 plays that should have awarded pp. In the leaderboards, they show everyone else having pp, but I was given 0 pp. I know that at least one of them should be in my top 100.

It's a visual bug with osu! You can try submitting some other scores that can give pp or just switch to the old website.

This happened to me a couple of times, ranked maps which I FCd won't give any pp, despite being submitted and also showing up on your profile's recent plays, the play itself does appear, but where the pp counter should've been, there's nothing there, not even a 0pp.
While this problem does exist and it isn't uncommon in my opinion, you do get pp after 30 minutes to 3 hours after the play has been submitted.
I probably experienced this about 5 or 6 times, from the thousands of times i've submitted a play, and I got the pp but very delayed, but I have a friend who FC a map twice, both being submitted and each other beating the previous personal top play, and months being past he never got the pp.
Granted, it has been months and his top plays completely outlive his previous score, but it can be a big problem for top players who might get this problem on a map worth 900pp.
If anybody's wondering, my friend's name is Gibae and this is the map where he didn't get pp twice, despite FCing and succesfully submitting a score twice: https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/249939#osu/574471

Submitting a score on a different map should fix this issue, the play will only show up on the old site but the pp will still be added to your profile, there are already a few issues open for this on GitHub

Would recommend using the old user page to check top performance plays while this is getting fixed.

thanks ^.^ the pp is showing up now, although oddly it's still not in my top plays. not too worried about that part, though.

Use the old site for now, as Tobias mentioned. That is what the GitHub issue he linked is for.

It is very uncommon relative to the amount of scores that are submitted every hour. And your friend did get performance points for their FC run on the map you linked, so I'm not sure what exactly you are talking about. If you are referring to a different score then it is entirely possible that it actually didn't submit, which is a completely separate issue.

It's my understanding that the devs were made aware of this issue when it first showed appeared anyway. It's generally not an issue because submitting another score immediately fixes it, which most people end up doing naturally. I have yet to see a situation where someone is having this specific issue, where their score actually submitted, and submitting another score failed to fix it.
