- Tournament is a 3v3 tourney, with the teams being strictly 3 people.
- Rank range is 15k-42k.
- To be eligible, you must be:
- Within the appropriate (effective) rank range till the end of registrations.
- Have not been banned/majorly restricted in the past 12 months.
- Have not to be on the Blacklist. - Concept:
At the end of each map, scores will be compared as following:
-Best score vs Best score
-Mid score vs Mid score
-Lowest score vs Lowest score
If 2 of the 3 players have a higher score than the opponent they are being compared to, that team wins the map.
Example:
Team A has the scores 740,000, 620,000, and 550,000
Team B has the scores 1,000,000, 530,000, and 500,000
740,000 vs 1,000,000
620,000 vs 530,000
550,000 vs 500,000
Team A wins even though they have a lower overall score.
This mechanic allows all players to have an impact on the match, no matter how good or bad. - Tournament consists of group stage and a double-elimination bracket stage.
- Group Stage will be BO7, RO16 and Quarterfinals will be a BO9, Semifinals, Loser's Finals and Winner's Finals are BO11, Grand Finals BO13.
- Loser's Matches will use the following pools for the following rounds:
- Loser's Round 1: Quarterfinals
- Loser's Round 2 & 3: Semifinals
- Loser's Round 4 & 5 and Losers Finals: Finals - Mappools will have the general structure of 5NM/2HD/2HR/3DT/2FM/1TB, later expanding to 6NM/3HD/3HR/4DT/2FM/1TB from semifinals and onwards.
- We reserve the right to deny any and all suspicious accounts/players from participating in the tournament.
- Players must abide to the osu! terms of service.
- New Badge System:
There is no BWS, but we are implementing a new system where a team can only have a maximum for 3 badges on a team. So players with badges can participate with others, but if the team have more than 3 badges overall, they’re ineligible to participate. A team that contains a player that has 3 badges is not allowed to have anymore players that has a badge, or else they’ll be ineligible to participate.
- The only exception is a player that has 4 or more badges. They are able to participate in the tourney, but are not allowed to have any team members that have or soon to have a badge.
- Tourney will be played in SV2 (Score v2).
- Warmups during Bracket Stages may be no longer than 4 minutes, and warmups are optional.
- No warmups during Group Stage.
- There will be a loser's bracket and a bracket reset.
- 1 ban per team until semifinals and onwards (2 bans instead).
- Before matches will start, team captains will roll and the one with the highest roll will get to choose rather they pick or ban first. Picks will alternate as well.
- For freemod picks, at least two players have to pick at least one mod per team, picked from HD, HR, EZ and FL.
- EZ points are doubled.
- TB will be played once both teams are in match point.
- Players have 3 minutes to pick/ban a map, if they fail to do so, they lost their pick/ban.
- If less than 2 players show up to a match, there will be a 10 minutes buffer before the team that did not show up gets automatically forfeited.
- If both team has less than 3 players show up, match will be rescheduled to another time.
- If a player disconnects within 30 seconds of a map, the referee will abort the match, if after the the point would be awarded to the winning team.
- New protection mechanic:
After rolls both teams would protect maps, however the maps protected will be told to the refs, without the other team knowing of their protect. Then during the ban phase they would ban maps as normal. However, if a team bans a map that is “protected,” their ban doesn’t go through and they lose their ban pick. The order of banning and picking will be the same.

This is a list of players forbidden to participate in Lobby 42 Tourneys. The reasons of that might be toxicity, harassment, breaking the rules, cheating, etc. If you want to report someone mention/dm one of the moderators/hosts on discord.
Information
- Everytime you break a rule you will be warned.
- After first warning you will be silenced for 5 minutes.
- After second warning you will be silenced for 20 minutes.
- After 3 warnings you will be put on the "Blacklist" for the next Lobby42 tournament.
- After 3 warnings while you are on the "Blacklist" you will be banned from competing in any future Lobby42 tournaments.
- The “Banned list" is for players who have been banned from competing in any future Lobby42 tournaments.
- The "Blacklist" is for players who have been banned from competing in this tournament.
