well a storyboard in the classical sense. Like, there's some sort of direction, plot, some story to be told. Flashing images that fade in and out use the scripting API that we refer to as storyboarding in osu!, so by that definition is legitimate, but imo something like that falls very short of being remarkable or even remotely memorable. I doubt that was the objective in the first place, so no fault for the creator. I was just giving myself unreasonable expectations.
When I say "real storyboard" I mean the creator had something specific in mind - a story to tell, or an aesthetic to enhance the experience with; to make it unique
