Problem details:
Mouse input and, to a lesser extent, keyboard input causes massive stuttering and framedrops in Osu at menus and in gameplay alike. Changing mice and altering polling rates affects the stuttering but never fixes it. Moving the cursor with a script (no mouse input) does not induce any stuttering.

This very well may be a problem that goes far, far beyond Osu!, but I know people have received some help here for input stuttering prior and at this point I'm honestly desperate for help.
