Question:

Are country rankings based on the amount of players in your country or the amount of active players?

I'm not sure but I think its based off of country's total performance points.

I'm talking about the ranking on profiles below your overall ranking.

Oh it's ranked the same way as it is for global ranking, but instead only include people in your country instead of every account on osu!
