The Top Rank is correctly sorted by chronological order, but it's achieved time is wrong. The timing is also wrong under beatmap page's "<Username> is in the lead!" time.

I guess it's related to the fact that forum posts and stuff also mess up like that as well when it shows when the post was made.
I believe that I posted this bug on sifter 1-2 years ago, but I digress...
Date/Times on the website have been rounding incorrectly since 2010ish. For example, take a look at my kudosu history:

You likely checked too fast.
As in "the solution was not (fully) in effect" or in "browser caching"?
Because it definitely wasn't a caching issue (didn't check the ranks before + force refreshed)

Due to caching it may take a while.
Confirming this is fixed in the places mentioned, and resolving.
