I slept at 22:30 (as usual) and woke at 5:30. I just keep waking earlier and earlier, and I can't sleep in at all. It's annoying. :/

(I think that I can now add my usual now. Usual seems to be sleeping around 22:00-22:30 to 5:30-6:30. I think I've managed to near enough stabilise it now. When I've posted this, I've pretty much only just started to get into this sort of time. It used to be sleeping 23:00-23:30 then waking at 7:30 on school day, sleeping around 2:00 then waking up around 12:00 on a weekend. But it gradually got earlier and earlier.)
