1 - It's because of your Background. Your background is so clear and the girl looks so awesome and beautiful.2 - It's because the song is from Accel World. We all know that this one is a great anime series.
3 - It's because of the video. The video seems entertaining in a way people never get bored even if they play it many times.
4 - Of course, your Mapping style. Your beat patterns are simple and easy to read that's why players keep on playing it.

are you asking about the skin i used there? it's the custom skin that i made by myself only for this map xD
i'm (still) not make the standalone skin from this map, dunno when i'll (yeah several ppl are already ask the same thing orz)
