Are you opengl?
Does it happen if you run windowed/fullscreen and if you don't run windowed/fullscreen?

Did it change once, or does it keep changing?

The one in your screenshot's screenshot is the old icon, and the one that's actually on your desktop is the new icon.

It's not unusual for Windows Explorer to cache the old icon before it gets refreshed after the update. It'll change by itself at the time Windows Explorer decides to refresh by itself or by manually clicking "Refresh" from you.

Before opening osu! it is with the old icon, but after that it is with the new icon, and it happens always
