00:09:126 (1) - hmm how about moving this note below (2)? technically it'll make a blanket and i think the blanket looks nicer and it flows somewhat smoother to the song. i also think that it'll make a great introduction to the song.
00:11:390 (5) - this slider does flow to the vocals, but that repeat in the song breaks the flow in vocals. my best bet is to remove the repeat and extend this slider by 1/1. it'll follow the vocals nicely in this part of the song.
00:13:088 - if you follow the suggestion above, add a circle here to keep the 1/1 rhythm going as it follows the instrumental here.
00:20:447 (4) - make this a NC. the trumpet changes and it'll be consistent with the other combos up ahead.
00:24:409 (4) - this note isn't stacked perfectly on the previous (5). stack it perfectly because it'll look odd to see some of the circle hanging out of the slider.
00:27:239 (1) - i can see a possible blanket here, so add a red point on the 2nd point of this slider so that it'd technically blanket the curve in this slider. if you don't add a red point, then just add a 2nd point to make a curved slider. both should work as it "technically" blankets the previous slider. if you don't understand, like this.
00:47:617 (4) - make this a NC. it'll be consistent with your other previous pattern from 00:40:824 - 00:44:786 in the combos.
01:03:466 (1) - move this between the beginning of (1), and at the end of (2). it'll look as if the pattern is going around in a circle during gameplay.

02:49:881 (1,2) - this is just my personal opinion, but i don't like to see incomplete patterns. i can see that this is a flower pattern but seeing it as it's incomplete breaks the flow of this pattern. my best bet is that you should remove (2), add a repeat on (1) and adding a circle on (2), aligning to (1) to keep the flower pattern going.

03:06:862 (3,4) - move these notes around so that it'd look like a flower like this. as you see, (2) acts as 2 circles for this while (3,4) follows the pattern up. i think the flow would be smoother doing this during gameplay.

00:15:919 (1) - the whistle should be at the repeat arrow, not at the end. adding it at the end ruins the consistency in the whistles.
00:22:428 (4) - i feel that the repeat in this part breaks the flow in the song. it makes me feel uncomfortable hitting this repeat everytime because i'm mainly focusing on the vocals. remove the repeat and add a circle to keep the flow going.
00:35:447 (3) - this slider does not follow the trumpet at all. it speeds up by 1/4 and goes back by 1/2. i suggest replacing this for a circle at 00:35:588 and a 1/1 slider next to it to follow the trumpet accurately.
00:37:711 (3) - same as above, but this doesn't follow the vocals. do something like this so that it'd follow the vocals nicely.
00:42:239 (3) - reduce this slider by 1/1 and add a circle here. it'll follow not only the guitar, but it'll follow the vocals as well.
01:13:654 (2) - i feel that the whistle at the beginning ruins the current whistle pattern since i noticed the whistles are at the end of the sliders, so remove the whistle for that purpose.
01:16:485 (1) - same as 00:13:088.
01:21:579 (1) - remove the NC for this. it'll be consistent with the other diffs in this part of the song.
01:47:900 (3) - that repeat breaks the flow in the vocals. there's nothing that changes in the instrumental or the vocals. make this a 2/2 slider instead to follow the hold in the vocals. just remove the repeat and extend this slider to where the repeat originally ended.
01:50:164 (3) - i feel that this slider will make players feel uncomfortable because it repeats at an odd place. i see that you're following the vocals/instrumental, but the problem is that it's 1/4 back from the repeat. reduce this by 1/4 and move (1) back 1/1. i think this would follow the vocals nicely IMO.
01:54:692 (3) - same as 00:42:239.
02:03:466 (4) - maybe add a clap at the repeat? i can see a nice clap pattern in this part of the song. you can hear a clap 1/4 ahead of the repeat so adding a clap at the repeat would make a nice clap pattern IMO.
02:14:645 (1) - replace this spinner for notes. the instrumental and the vocals are still going from here.
03:17:333 (3,1,2,3,1,2) - you should remove all this for consistency with the other diffs. just add a circle at the beginning of the kiai after the break to start this pattern up.

00:18:183 (1) - hmm...maybe a finish at the beginning to emphasize the trumpet and the drum? the finish acts as the cymbals in this.

02:49:881 (1) - hmm replace the spinner for notes. the vocals and instrumental are sill going and i think it'd be perfect to add a pattern here since both are still going.

01:18:466 (6,7) - hmm...move these notes here. the pattern would be smoother as it makes a triangle for this. the transition from note to note is easier to move in during gameplay IMO.
01:46:485 (1) - maybe it's just my taste but perhaps you can replace this for 3 circles at the 1/3 ticks to test players on their timing and reaction? since this is the hardest diff in the mapset, it wouldn't hurt to add a few challengers here and there during gameplay.

02:24:409 (1,2) - replace this for a 1/2 slider it'll follow the high note in the trumpet for this part of the song.
consider adding at least 1 or 2 spinners. i think doing this would be consistent with the other diffs since they have spinners on each diff.
