Also: looking into mech titles outside of the obvious TTGL, Evangelion, and RahXephon. Looking into something perhaps a bit over half a decade old, and I don't mind if it's on the serious side of things or the sillier side of things.

If you don't mind CG then Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova is good. If not, Psycho-Pass, Baccano, and Tokyo Majin are good action.
