How do i position my wrist with my keyboard hand? I've been playing with my wrist on the desk 100% of the time and never lifting them for streams, but i've been playing with my wrist off the desk (floating a few cm off the desk) 100% of the time and i feel like i play better, but is that beneficial for my health? how should i be playing if i don't want to experience any health issues?
