[resolved] Cannot upload any map

Whenver I try to upload a map, I get the following error:


I am getting this error despite copying nothing from an existing beatmap - I have started from a completely fresh .mp3, and this even happens when I try to upload a 5 second .mp3 of me tapping my mic.

I have followed this guide: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/325639
I have done everything multiple times, but nothing seems to work.
The Beatmapid changes back to '2008452' no matter what I do.
I've tried exporting the map and completely delting it, but the beatmapid still changes, and if I try to change it, OSU will think the file is corrupted and not let me import it again.

I am set as the current creator in the song setup:

However, I still cannot upload it.

I've talked with a few people but no matter what I do I can't seem to fix this issue, hope someone out there has experienced this as well, and is able to help me.

So you set beatmapID to "0" and made sure that under creator it says your name?

As I explained in the original post, I have read the exact guide you're linking (it's even the exact same one I linked myself), and it did not work.

Also, as you can see in the first screenshot of the song setup, yes, I am set as the beatmap creator.

Please export your map locally, upload it to some file sharing service, and post the download link here so we can look at it.

It is not so much a map, as it is just a test.

I'm not entirely sure what you are doing to get this to happen. Do you mean when you try to re-import the map it just doesn't appear again or are you actually receiving an error message.

In order to avoid any possible issues, delete your SubmissionCache folder once again, as described in that thread you linked. Completely delete the map you just sent me and search through your Songs folder manually to make sure there aren't any duplicates of it (I've seen that happen before).

Once you've done that, download this and import it. Then try to upload it.

I forgot to mention this in the original post, but I am unable to find the SubmissionsCache folder.
Within my data folder I only have two folders: 'bt' and 'r':


For whatever reason, uploading the one you linked worked for me.

Not 100% sure why it works now, but I won't complain, thanks!
