If you haven't tried restarting your computer yet, you should, and if you are still having issues you'll likely need to reinstall your graphics drivers.

I have the integrated r7 from AMD A8-7600

It started happening to me yesterday after reinstalling discord,
disabling discord overlay fixed everything for me

Try Compatible Mode, then write here.
Also if you have Discord, disable overlay for osu!
